She replaced her regular fix of sugary, creamy coffee with one coffee a day with no sugar, and plenty of water and herbal teas, she said.

Mustard seems to be the king of seeds in regards to nutrition and condiment. It is well advised to mix prepared mustard powder in cold water to allow the chemical reactions to produce better flavor.
