Why are American public bathrooms so gross?

American public bathrooms are really yuck. there's barely any separation and people can see everything

The worst bathroom in the universe is the Costco bathroom because normies eat soyglop and then walk for more than a hundred feet for the first time in a month which necessitates them running furiously into the bathroom and taking the grossest dump in history.

Separate toilet rooms, please. If people shoot drugs in them, remove the bodies and try again.
